Programs: Wellness Center - NAMI Central Iowa provides programs with an emphasis on whole health for individuals living with a mental illness. The center is open every weekday afternoon and provides programs such as writing, exercise classes, art, music, and talks on issues that affect individuals living with mental illness. Served 88
Public Education and Awareness - NAMI Central Iowa increases public education and awareness of mental illness by producing monthly newsletters, having booths at community events and providing speakers for community groups. Served 3,835
