Programs: Promont house museum is an 1865 italianate building on the national historic register. The house is open 3 days per week for guided tours and other days for special events. Trained docents guide these tours. Approximately 2000 people per year tour the house.
promont maintains a library open to the public. By request, historical documents and books are available for research. The society has published 2 historical volumes. The society also publishes a quarterly newsletter.
