Mission: To promote and support the prevention, treatment and cure of pediatric cancers
Programs: The foundation provided direct support to young victims of cancer through its child patient & family support programs, including home and hospital visits, counseling, food, financial assistance, and other forms of direct support. (approximately 500 families benefitted)
the foundation supports research into the causes and cures for various forms of pediatric cancer by providing grant monies to fund research projects.
the foundation, through its activities and publications, increases awareness of pediatric cancer in the communities of the santa clarita valley and the san fernando valley, california. The foundation also informs the communities of current treatments, new medications, and support groups available for pediatric cancer patients, their families, and cancer survivors.
