We have been with MHMG in Spring for well over a decade, but that will be ending shortly. While the doctors are fantastic, the office staff and nursing assistants are universally rude, unorganized, incompetent, disrespectful, and at this point, dishonest. They lost the POA we brought in for our daughter, gave us different and conflicting information when we were trying to fill a prescription for her, called in the wrong meds, and then the PA flat out lied about prescription laws. When I spoke to a woman at the Benders Landing office this morning, she got angry with me because I wouldn’t accept her nonsensical excuses, and then told me she couldn’t spend any more time talking to me. We ran into similar attitudes and inefficiency at the Imperial Oaks office last year, which is why we switched offices. So we’re off to find another PPO with people who actually know what they are doing.
Very upset about MH medical group remitting me to collection Agency. I was rushed to Urgencies at Memorial Hermann Northeast. No complaints on care received. I received and paid all bills (close to $4,000) to Memorial Hermann but Never received a call/bill. I paid $4,000 to MH with final balance of $0. Last week I received notice from a Collection Agency for a$250 debt to MH Medical Group. When calling the customer service and Billing Department, the attention was horrendous, saying that they had sent the bill and I had to pay. Period. Asked for a supervisor and just got her voice mail and no answer at all. Really bad billing practices, collection procedures and Customer Service.
