Programs: Connect aspirations to a plan - planning and implementation grants to high schools and nonprofit organizations to further high school students access to college. These grants support college access programs in maine high schools and communities and seek to increase the number of maine high school graduates who aspire to enroll and who actually enroll in post secondary study. Scholarships- tyler/grandmaison scholarship-a 2000 scholarship for one senior from every maine high school, public and private, credited toward the third semester of post secondary study (in state or out of state). Cte scholarship-a 2000 scholarship for one senior from each of the 27 cte's using similar criteria to the tyler/grandmaison scholarship. The cte scholarship is credited to the second semester of post secondary study.
