Mission: To provide low cost, high quality spay and neuter surgeries and vaccines for domestic and feral cats and dogs. Our mission is to reduce the unwanted pet overpopulation and promote animal health and safety to the community. By taking the lead in public education to induce responsible pet owners, we will help reduce the unwanted pet population.
