Louisa Lady Lynx is a girls developmental basketball program that has helped girls in the 6th-12th grades learn the game of basketball. They are taught how the game is played,learn the basic fundamentals and how and when to execute the learned skills. Through proper execution of learned skills, along with mental and physical conditioning and preparation, they get all the tools they need to perform at a higher level on the court in middle school,high school and beyond in their basketball future. They become a more confident skilled and contributing part of their team. They learn, think, play win or lose as a unit. Since 2015 we as parents have seen the difference this program has made in our daughters individual development and team performances on and off the floor. There is an air of PRIDE when we hear and talk about the "Lady Lynx". Any young lady who would like to learn or become better at the game of basketball ,I highly recommend this program. This is what we need to help the seeds of a winning girls basketball tradition in Louisa. Supported solely through fundraising events and donations. Sponsorship are available and welcomed. The Lady Lynx is endorsed by the LCPS and Athletic Departments. Support and become apart of the" Lady Lynx"basketball program.
