This organization is absolutely outstanding. Each and every time I volunteered with them I did not even feel as though as I was volunteering and the time flew by as we helped make our community a better place. The other students knew just what to do and came into each event with a positive and headstrong to get things done. I am excited to see what these incredible young individuals will accomplish in the near future and beyond.
Volunteering with this nonprofit was such an eye opening experience. The committed and determined high schoolers fostered such an inclusive space at each event. They truly worked efforts to maximize both the enjoyability of each event as well as the outcome. There’s truly not a time I didn’t leave a meet with a smile on my face. The work some of these young leaders do is incredible and because of that I cherish my time with light a brighter light.

We’ve done many activities and all of them have left me and the other volunteers feeling fulfilled that our efforts were contributing to a cause on making our environments better. It also provides i the unique opportunity of personal growth as you can acquire a range of skills from project management and fundraising to networking. The learning experiences are invaluable. Volunteering with this student-run nonprofit was an empowering experience. It's incredible how this group manages to pack food for those in need and, at the same time, take care of our local parks. The feeling of contributing to both people and the environment was incredibly uplifting. The organizers were incredibly friendly and made us feel like a part of the family from day one. I'm already spreading the word and encouraging all my friends to join in – it's a great way to give back and feel good about it.
