Mission: Our mission is to prevent suicide by teaching young people to recognize the warning signs of suicide and to seek professional help for themselves and others.
Programs: Lifeact's professional instructors delivered its signature program, recognizing adolescent depression and suicide prevention, to approximately 94,790 students in 304 northeast ohio schools. Lifeact's goal is to inspire at-risk students to seek and receive treatment from a mental health professional, as treatment is life-altering and often lifesaving.
