I have not had the opportunity to visit Lemon Ranch but I hope to in the future. Lea does amazing work to nourish the lives of animals who have experienced incredible hardships, and she has the biggest heart. I always enjoy hearing about the sanctuary resident antics.
I just started volunteering here and I can see the passion and drive that Lea has for this sanctuary. The animals all have a special place in my heart already! Never knew cleaning a horse stall could be so therapeutic. They all seem very happy and loved unconditionally!
I am very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of Lemon Ranch Animal sanctuary. Lea is very knowledgeable and you can see her passion and love. The dedication and daily commitment from her and her team makes my heart so happy knowing these animals have everything.

I have visited twice. Once for Gulp with Goats night and once for a work day. I am so impressed by Lea's knowledge and love for the rescued animals. There is always a new story about a new animal that needs rescuing and then a post about how it is home at Lemon Ranch. My goal is to volunteer weekly for Lemon Ranch!
Since the days long ago and before Lemon Ranch was founded, Lea has been rescuing animals and giving them love. She makes the world a better place, for animals and humans alike.
A stellar organization that provides love, great care, attention, safety and security to so many animals.
This level of dedication is commendable.
Lemon Ranch provides a safe haven for so many that would be overlooked.

Lemon Ranch is one of my favorite animal sanctuaries. I feel that I know every one of the animals personally. @lea_at_lemonranch shares their sweetness, their struggles, and their quirky stubbornness. Lea is also generous in sharing the comfort and strength she gets from the animals. Lemon Ranch often posts about fun events that are held at the sanctuary, where you can meet the animals. There’s a big variety of animals and personalities! I live too far to visit, but I love following them on Instagram
I have been following Lemon Ranch on Instagram for awhile now and love the work that Lea does. On a recent trip to Southern California, Lea kindly gave my mother and I a tour of her sanctuary and introduced us to all of the beautiful, happy animals that are so lucky to call Lemon Ranch home. I have to say Echo the donkey, protector of goats, was my favorite - he is a social butterfly and gently tried to nibble on my fingers! It is truly an amazing place, she has given all of these sweet animals another chance at life where they don’t have to fear the human hand and will be lovingly cared for for the rest of their lives. Lea is kind and funny and charming and her sanctuary is so deserving of anyone’s support.
Great animal sanctuary! They work so hard to make sure the animals are well taken care of and loved! They take in some animals in the worst shape... ones that aren’t given a chance... but at lemon ranch, they are! Love this place and everything they do and represent.
The Lemon Ranch and Lea are doing amazing work with rescue animals. They look for the animals who most need their help. Chickens, goats, pigs, horses, bunnies, etc... I love to see Lea's passion for these animals who just need some love and care. This is a non profit that is completely worth your time (help around the ranch or Gulp with Goats!) and donations!

I have been following a few different farm rescues for a couple years now. About 9 months ago I heard about Lemon Ranch. I was very interested as this sanctuary is driving distance from my home. My wife and I recently visited Lemon Ranch and we were thrilled to see the good work they do there. The animals were happy and healthy. As soon as we walked onto the property, we could feel peace and love. It was a wonderful experience to see the animals treated with respect and love instead of as products. We will definitely continue to support Lemon Ranch.

I became a monthly patron of Lemon Ranch because I love the mission of the ranch and Leah’s dedication to support the animals. I was lucky enough to visit when I was on vacation in San Diego and meet Leah in person and it confirmed my love and support of Lemon Ranch. I hope she continues to receive support from the community, those near and far so she can continue her mission.
