This company does not honor agreements made to homeowners and tries to treat the water board like an HOA. They do not care about the rights of disabled elderly or Vietnam Vets.

Roughly two years ago my elderly parents moved into the neighborhood. Before even signing the paperwork on the house we were approached by the water board president Kenneth Eubanks asking if we would be willing to sell them a piece of our property in case something happened to the water well supplying water for the neighborhood. We advised that we had no issue with selling the land but wanted to ensure there would be no issue using he utility road. In this conversation the water board president indicated that there would be a shared easement going to the land that we sold them and there would be no problem using the utility road that leads to our back driveway. Shared rights to this road have been in affect for 70+ years.

Recently the water board requested that we pay to help repave the road. When we questioned why the funds were not being taken out of the general maintenance fund, the water board advised they were going to restrict access and put up barriers to block access.

We have attempted to speak with the water board on multiple occasions but they believe that because we questioned their authority we no longer deserve access to what was originally agreed upon.
