Programs: our BRAVE Programs. The Joyful Child Foundation’s BRAVE Programs are age-appropriate safety lessons that include verbal and physical skills to defend against sexual abuse, violence, and abduction. The goal of the BRAVE Programs is to reduce the risk of childhood victimization by providing knowledge and skills about personal safety. The BRAVE Programs empower students to make brave, safe, and healthy choices.
