Programs: Over 100 children, teens and younge women were rescued from sex trafficking and close to 40 brothel owners and perpetrators arrested. Areas of operation: cambodia, thailand, india, burma china, viet nam, phillipines and america. We also rescued 13 young men from slavery on fishing boats. Research is ongoing to rescue girls being trafficked to belize. Prevention of trafficking is thru arrest, protection, conviction and imprisonment of perpetrators. Helped empower 150 successful resues of children, teens and young women and men. Established a new partnership of hope ranch ministries in eugene, or. Gave away thousands of pounds of rice to improverished families in cambodia to discourage selling children to traffickers. Gave away 400 pairs of flip-flops to barefoot children. Gave away 400 sleeping mats to familes so they don't have to sleep on dirt floors. Brought a team to cambodia to minister with aim to children at high risk. Continued with our partnership in priceless, alaska with their mentoring program for girls brought out of the sex trade and trafficked. Sponsored 32 week training sessions for the anti human trafficking juvenile protection police and aim swat teams in cambodia. Resulted in advanced training for 60 police officers and resulted in well over 150 rescues in 2017.
