Geographic areas served: 13 counties throughout the Chicago area and northern Illinois
Programs: adult hospice, adult palliative care, grief support , pediatric hospice, pediatric palliative care, volunteer opportunities, 5 inpatient hospice CareCenters, Jewish Care Services, We Honor Veterans program, integrative therapies
