Mission: Jericho Road Community Health Center provides wholistic healthcare for the underserved and marginalized communities in Buffalo and across the world in order to demonstrate the unconditional love of Jesus.

Programs: Jericho Road offers full-spectrum primary care, behavioral health, OB/GYN and women's health, dental care, pharmacy services, care coordination, spiritual care, and specialized diabetes care. Jericho Road's five health centers serve over 27,000 patients across the City of Buffalo each year.
In order to provide more holistic services, Jericho Road also offers wraparound community programs to address health, education, economic, and spiritual barriers:
- Vive: legal services and temporary housing for asylum seekers
- Hope Refugee Drop-In Center: client-driven help center for refugees
- Priscilla Project: mentoring and doula services for at-risk, socially-isolated pregnant women
- Parents as Teachers and ParentChild+: in-home parenting mentoring and early childhood development
- Financial Education: financial planning, mentoring, and instruction, which includes a first-time homebuying program
Jericho Road also operates global health programs in severely underserved communities in Africa and Asia. The organization operates three health centers in Sierra Leone, one in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and one in Nepal. These health centers offer primary care services, some surgical procedures, and malnutrition programs for youth.
