This is a HORRIBLE company & shouldn't be considered a non-profit. They collect a fee from their clients who are already on services. They were late 3 months in a row for rent and I received an eviction notice. Now that I've moved to a new payee, they won't return my money. Social Security has tried to contact them & like me, you can NEVER get anyone on the phone.
NEVER let these people handle your money!
They were supposed to send me 6,000 that I had saved for a used car. They were also supposed to contact University of Virginia Hospital and give them all of my Bank account and social security direct deposit information. I have been told that I will get kicked off the Kidney transplant list because they have not received this important information. I am extremely upset. I was told that my surgery will be covered if this information is given to them by Integrity. Tonite, I have called the local police. I am concerned That INTEGRITY has stolen all of my money. I have also called a lawyer. I qualify for Charity care at Uva, But I won't get my kidney transplant because Integrity, they refuse to do their job. I have tried writing to them, e-mailing them and calling every number I have for them and I have been ignored. I am also going to report them to the social security office.
Review from Guidestar
My experience with this service has been nothing but a disaster from the start. They were supposed to help me alleviate stress by taking care of my major expenses with my SSD benefits. But they relied on USPS "snail mail" and was there late very month with my rent and utilities. As a result I was twice issued a warning eviction. I had my cable internet interrupted twice. Then they lied to me that Social Security office had terminated their contract to hav them be my payee service. They have no integrity and are in no way dependable. They also have poor communication skills. They take a long time to respond to phone messages or emails. a horrible company run by incompetent people
