Mission: To develop affordable housing that benefits extremely low to moderate income households by developing housing through new construction, rehabilitation of existing structures and acquisition as an independent developer, or through joint ventures.
Programs: Woodbridge manor (organization's current project) has 150 rehabilitated and 15 new units. These units are affordable to low income seniors and disabled persons. Services are provided to the residents that help them stay in their home, such as health care seminars, social activities, esl classes, case managment and coordination of transportation. The organization is working in the southern california area to identify land on which to develop or existing structures to rehabilitate, to provide housing to low to moderate income individuals and families.
