HSI's mission is to continually build a network of individuals and organizations who work toward building communities that include all of their citizens in the everyday dynamics of life: work, leisure, home, transportation, worship & civic responsibility. We accomplish our mission through Staff Development and Training, Person Centered Planning and Strategic Planning & Continuous Quality Improvement.
