I was far from home (NJ); no support system in place while in Texas; and, I was definitely experiencing life's challenges in an adverse manner. Yet, I was warmly welcomed into one of the safe spaces afforded me by the Huma Faith staff, on the recommendation of another who'd sought the assistance and support of the "organization's" offerings. I have since secured (been Blissed with) affordable housing; and when necessary, refer others in need to Sister Khalidah, who in turn has been able to afford the sisters opportunities to rebuild and repair the remnants of lives which had known devastation on many levels. Huma Faith is not only a most important part of the human existence for those of us who have been affected by traumatic and disruptive occurrences in our individual worlds; YET, Huma Faith is a stitch in the fabric of the lives of so many today who think they are without anywhere to go and without the prospect of support from friends and family alike. Praying you are moved to Support Huma Faith in thought and deed.Peace,Miss Kim Ebron

Over the past 6 years, I have witnessed Br Baquee and Sr Khalidah tirelessly devote themselves to creating a better life for those most in need. Huma Faith is constantly growing and evolving to better serve the severely underserved population in our area. I have volunteered intermittently with Huma through the years and am always impressed by the drive, determination, ingenuity, and pure compassion I see within this organization. Individuals from all walks of life, who suddenly find themselves with nowhere to turn, are able to find sanctuary with Huma Faith. Truly a blessing to our community.
