Mission: Hospice of orange and sullivan counties, inc. Provides physical, emotional and spiritual care for patients with life limiting diseases and their families. Hospice services are coordinated through a team of professionals, which include nurses, social workers, physicians, hospice aides and volunteers.
Programs: In 2017, hospice provided 48,496 days of care to 1,104 patients and their families. Hospice also served 191 patients for a total of 3,400 days of care at the kaplan family hospice residence.
