Programs: In home care: expertise, guidance and practical support by nurses, social workers, bereavement specialists, and trained compassionate volunteers for people with serious life-limiting progressive illness and those who care for them. Bereavement support: individual and peer group support for grieving adults offering comfort, support and encouragement in a safe place to share, learn and grow.
