Mission: Support hospice patients
Programs: Disburse funds for hospice patients who need financial assistance with their medical care and medications. The medical care items include dietary supplements, patient gowns, bed sheets, wheelchair cushions, food, utilities and other personal needs of the patients. The foundation may disburse funds for hoke staff continuing education, hospice volunteer training (books and videos) and continuing education of the patients families with bereavement booklets. The hospice patients are referred to the foundation from the local hospice care facility.
