Horses4Heroes is a place where they walk the walk. This organization facilitates the "forever home" for many animals. In saving so many animals they also facilitate the healing of so many visitors and volunteers. It is an amazing non profit, I wish every day I could win the lottery and help them save even more animals.

I am so glad I found Horses4Heros. This is my safe place and am there every chance I get. I absolutely love volunteering my time there as well as getting Equine Assisted Learning with our Veteran groups.
Excited to get to volunteer with Horses 4 Heroes. The staff has been welcoming and very helpful in teaching about the animals under their care. Their interest in educating those who are visiting the ranch is great. The program for helping veterans come and be with and learn from the animals is incredible. I can feel the desire the founders have to help all those that come and visit the ranch.
This one-of-a-kind ranch environment is so special to the Las Vegas Valley and it's families. Horses 4 Heroes offers amazing camps for kids; arts, archery, music, riding, dancing, and lots of family events. They also offer supportive horse activities and EAL/EAT for service people and those in need. My daughter has been attending the ranch for years and I love volunteering there when I can. Many of the horses are rescued and given a new sense of purpose and lots of love at h4h. There are other cool animals to learn about too; rabbits, alpacas, goats, minnies, potbelly pigs, a donkey, chickens, and a sweet old steer. If you need a peaceful retreat from hectic vegas life, and/or have kiddos who love horses and the outdoors, this is a must! Check out the weekend open barn to learn more!
I volunteer at Horses for Hero's and the programs they provide are amazing. The work they do for the Veterans and the community is terrific. They provide educational programs to kids and adults about the horses and other animals on the farm. The work they do with the Veterans is really incredible. It is an all around amazing facility.
I’ve been volunteering with H4H for almost a month so far and I absolutely love it. The amount of programs they have to support local heroes and their families is perfect! You can really see that all of the animals are well cared for and the staff is always welcoming.
My daughter and I love Horses for Heroes! I initially went with a group for a therapy session for a loss at our school. I immediately fell in love with the place, the animals, and the people. I decided to sign my daughter up in their after school barn rats program and it has been so good for her to work with the animals and learn about them. She loves going there and it has helped her at home because she has to earn the ability to go. Syd is wonderful and has been very good to us. We truly respect and enjoy all that the staff does and represents at horses for heroes. I believe they make a difference in so many‘s Lives and I am very thankful for what they have given me and my daughter.
I have seen firsthand the amazing work this nonprofit has provided my school organization. My organization enjoys every opportunity to volunteer at Horses 4 Heroes. They do amazing work in our community and should be commended for their hard work!

I had the amazing opportunity to get to volunteer here and I wouldn’t change it for the world. The wonderful staff really care for the animals present and are always looking for opportunities to educate and teach those who are visiting or even coming to the available kids camps. The owners really care for the environment they have created and are very driven to help and educate people.
It was a great experience as a Vet I couldn't ask for a better way to make me feel normal again. Just being around the animals and seeing them helps me get back to being that kid that I long forgot about. Thank you syd and team
My daughter has loved learning horsemanship skills here over the past 3+ years and it has truly fostered her love for animals, especially horses. She has always enjoyed the summer camps as well. We’re grateful for Horses4Heroes and all they do for the kids and community.
Horses4Heroes was an amazing Summer camp for my children-- They loved every second of it and cannot wait for next year! This camp pushed them to try new activities and got them out of their comfort zone. I highly recommend the camp and organization!!!
Horses 4 Heroes is the best place we could have found for our daughter. The kids interact with animals for the majority of the day and play games. This is getting in touch with nature at its best and teaching/showing children love and compassion. My daughter learned so much this past Summer, from horses to how to fish. The owners Sydney & Bill are amazing and you can see how much they care about not only their animals but the children as well. BEST THING OF ALL - NO SCREEN TIME. Just good old fashioned fun getting dirty from head to toe! And let's not forget about their amazing Birthday package. I showed up 30 min early to decorate only to find TWO volunteers to help me. Sydney went out of her way to accommodate us and all 20 children were able to ride a horse and pet the farm animals that day. But I must say that Charlotte The baby Goat might have been the biggest hit!!!
This is an unbelievable place for our children. This is where the magic happens. The memories made here will be with us and our children for a lifetime. The work this place does for our veterans and first responders is just what these people need...to let their hair down....relax with the animals and see the smiles on our children’s faces. My kids have done tons of different camps in the Valley and none have come close to comparing to Horse Camp at Horses4Heroes. The variety of skills they learn and outdoor play experiences are hard to find anywhere else and the kids thrive.
Was kicked out of the public location for failing to pay their bills and general outcry from the public about the treatment of the petting zoo animals. Should be looked into for mismanagement of nonprofit funds and misrepresentation of charitable services.

I do not know very many organizations that put out as much for families as Horses 4 Heroes. They are always giving, giving and more giving!!! The community events they put on are spectacular and full of fun for families. Good old fashion family fun. Filled with games, rides and free giveaways. Their mission is to help heal those broken and hurting through the amazing gift of these incredible horses. It amazes me how the leader of this organization has put so many countless hours and money to the families of Las Vegas. I am more than impressed by Syd's dedication to the community and her mission to serve. Thank you so much for all you have done to persevere through what you have endured to make this such a huge success.
