After being on a waiting list for 3 years for a property owned by hopesource I applied for assistance toward moving costs online. It's been 3 weeks no one has provided any information on whether I'm approved or what's going on. Hope Source employees do not seem to care and claim not to know Westview Villa apts. in which I am applying for by several employees. No can assist you aside from the person you're assigned to??? I was supposed to sign a lease & expressed that in my communications. There should be a way to expedite things and have the information on file so anyone could review this not just one person. Also the information could be provided by email or text and it has not been. What's the point of playing phone tag and not actually providing information in the communication it's a Time waster a frustration and very unprofessional.
