Heroes Movement helps me stay in shape both mentally and physically, through a functional fitness regime. I recommend it for all veterans. They have national reach and can set you up for free, with a gym near you.

HM is the best to work with ! They are the most genuine and caring organization- they really care about the quality of training and rehab their vets are getting. They have the best interest of the vets and community in mind. Thank you HM!

As one of the trainers for Heroes' Movement and a vet myself, I do have to say this has been an eye opening experience. Being in the service for years, you become more than friends and coworkers with other service members. You become family. There's a certain bond there thats unexplainable, because you go through things in the service that most people will never experience. So having Heroes' Movement is not only helping vets to get in better shape physically but it also helps them mentally. That bond is instantly there and you can see almost instantly how comfortable they are having other vets around to bond with. It's a sight to be seen. It's truly helping vets and im happy to be a part of it.

Our gym has partnered with the Heroes' Movement for about 6 months now. We've grown the program every month since we started in October and last month we served 54 different veterans, completing a total of 342 sessions! The conversations I've had and the stories I've heard with our veterans on the impacts that this program has had on their lives is nothing short of incredible. I've noticed impressive results both physically and mentally and it's been fun to see some of the friendships develop among the veterans that we serve.
