Mission: The organization provides public education,advocacy and help in raising funds to distribute to local social service agencies and utility firms-direct, to help income and health qualified elderly, disabled and needy with utility cooling and/or heating bills.
Programs: Grants are also provided through social service agencies and municipal departments who pre-screen individuals with heating and cooling needs in order to pay their utility bills. Recipients consist of the working poor, disabled, elderly and needy households with children.
