Mission: Hcec provides 9-1-1 service to the citizens of north harris county while our transfer, outreach education and communication divisions reach out to areas throughout southeast texas. Hcec is able to provide additional ambulances to the district which in turn reduces response time when citizens dial 9-1-1 for assistance.
