The animals at this facility are treated like pets; they have names, photo ID tags, get playtime with staff, volunteers and visitors. The lady in charges, Jo Stone, is amazing! She makes the animal's needs a priority and will often cover expenses personally. My absolute favorite thing about this organization is that it is a 'no kill' shelter, meaning if the animals don't get adopted, they are allowed to live out their natural life at the shelter. There can't be enough good said about this facility!
