Causes: Health, Health (General & Financing)
Mission: To support families with premature and critically ill babies hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit. Through financial, emotional and informational support, we help families cope during this crisis, become their babies best advocate, and help improve nicu care.
Programs: The mission consists of financial support to families while their child is in the neonatal intensive care unit. This assistance comes in the form of providing lodging near the hospital, meal vouchers, parking passes, gas cards, metro cards, breast pump rentals, etc. The foundation also has a welcome home discharge bag program for the babies leaving and helps provide equipment for the neonatal unit.
