Guest House Inc. is a very unique charity that has an incredible impact due to the clients they serve. Since 1956 Guest House has treated Catholic Clergy and Religious (male and female) for chemical addictions regardless of their ability to pay and country of origin. They have returned more than 8,000 priests, deacons, brothers and sisters back to their vocations. The average Guest House graduate remains sober for over 20 years and it is estimated that they touch the lives of at least 100,000 people and as many as 500,000 in their sober life. Through the National Catholic Council on Addictions (NCCA a arm of Guest House), they are able to provide free education on addiction to various communities (religious and non religious). In addition, they also provide free addiction education including intervention, treatment and recovery to diocese and archdiocese around the nation. Through NCCA and their alumni around the world, they have make a clear impact on addiction with both religious and non religious communities.
