Mission: The organization is a non-profit, formed to provide various services to under-privledged children with emotional and behavioral challenges. It is exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the u. S. Internal revenue code and is not a private foundation.
Programs: Training institute - dr. Gary altheim cultivated the training program in 2010 as a way to share his excel program. The organization has been using the excel program as a way to motivate underprivledged teenagers to reach their potential for over 20 years. The training institute allows dr. Altheim to share this program with other mental health professionals in the hopes that they can use it to reach more teenagers.
case management/counseling - the organization provides counseling to parents and teens through office appointments or home visits. Counselors also intervene in times of crisis.
after school program - provides teens with a safe haven for after school hours. Services include counseling, therapy & mentoring programs where teens can interact with others and are encouraged to set and achieve personal goals.
