Mission: To acquire, develop, manage and return to private ownership properties in the north end of westerly, ri thereby improving the quality of housing and the quality of life while working toward a peaceful, clean, safe and healthy environment in that area.
Programs: To facilitate the process of securing, improving and maintaining affordable housing, support services for families and community, the safety, security and pride of the neighborhood.
