Programs: Head start/early head start programs provide comprehensive child development center-based services to low-income infants, toddlers & preschool children and families. The head start/early head start program is a child focused and family centered program that embraces the local community and its resources to help families by addressing education, nutrition, health, mental and social service needs.

community service block grant program provides case management to families for immigration and naturalization services and also helps with the interpreting services and translation of forms etc. Community services improvement - to collaborate with community leaders and businesses in community improvement and maintain health care facilities. Community quality of life - to collaborate with community leaders and businesses in the community improvement and revitalization projects. Education and training - to provide individuals with education programs, training programs, specifically esl and hse. Financial literacy is to teach clients basic financial literacy skills, credit reports, budgeting etc. Partnerships - to establish agreements with the local agencies to provide relevant services, pool resources, jointly address issues and promote infrastructure investments.

early childhood education (abbott) is designed to give all new jersery's children the opportunity to become contributing members in society and to achieve personal success. The abbott program service children three to five years old and provide a high quality education.
