industrial contracts - this program is designed to supplement the programs of goodwill industries of monocacy valley, inc. Contracts are executed with local businesses for such services as janitorial clean-up and courier services. Goodwill employees are given the opportunity to be employed in areas other than the retail stores and are provided with instruction and varying degrees of responsibility to complete assigned tasks. Employees assigned to these contracts learn job and social skills through interaction with the greater business community.
