Mission: FreshQue Foundation is committed to improving the health and nutritional status of children in under-resourced and vulnerable communities throughout Dallas County by preparing and delivering nutritious, no-cost after-school third meals. We partner with schools, churches, recreation centers, and after-school programs to address food insecurity while fostering the development of healthy eating habits and nutritional education within the communities we serve.

FreshQue has been a fulfilling blessing to the community. This organization has gone beyond its purpose and mission by ensuring our youth is provided with what they need.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer for FreshQue and will continue for many years to come. FreshQue shows compassion and understanding about youth in a way that I have never seen. When volunteering we understand every family has a different story so we listen and try to incorporate a piece of each heart felt needs into our volunteer work.
Working at Freshque is such a fulfilling experience and everyone I've encountered has been so kind and welcoming! They're truly an amazing non profit and I'm thankful I can be a part of it.
Ms. Bennett and her staff consistently provides exceptional service to our students. Her knowledge over compliance and accountability has been crucial for me in integrating FreshQue into our after school program and Saturday enrichment classes. She truly has a heart for serving students healthy snacks and meals and understands how meeting this need allows for educators to focus solely on academics. Our partnership has been one of the key components in ensuring we take care of the whole child at my campus.
I’ve directly worked with FreshQue for more then a year as of time of writing and I can confidently say that there isn’t a nonprofit that I would do more for. Its dedication to benefiting children and their communities in anyway it can is something I’m proud to have been a part of and the hearts of everyone involved has given me such adoration for the work they do. I’ve strived to try and be a part of that culture of giving back and FreshQue has encouraged the best from me every step of the way.
