Mission: To maximize the potential of disabled individuals in achieving greater independence and community integration by being genesee county's leading provider of skill building, supportive and self employment opportunities.
Programs: Provided skill building, supported employment and transportation services during 242 program days. Served 367 individuals, assisted 42 individuals to obtain their own dba licenses, assisted a total of 124 individuals to maintain their dba license and their business. Assisted 33 individual's to obtain a job in the community while job coaching a total of 40 individuals at their community jobs. Provided transportation services to 343 individuals on 24 transportation routes during the 242 program days as well as evenings and weekend transportation services to aid in maintaining community jobs.
