Mission: The Foundation for Community Encouragement-FCE provides training and community building experiences through public workshops and with specific organizations and institutions both public and private. FCE has developed a methodology and set of principles to intentionally assist groups in experience deep connection. The community building model is experiential in nature and through it, the ways people communicate with one another can be literally transformed.
Our Community Facilitation Program trains people to use this methodology in their own situations. Our work has had impact in business, education, government, corrections, and international peace initiatives.
