This organization helped me to start socializing again, getting involved with volunteering again, and the comradery of being around other women Veterans, making new friends all through the F7 retreats. I felt so alone until I met this wonderful group of ladies in the organization.

The F7 Group its operated by great Ladies Who serve the woman Veterans and their families giving us support, making us have a good time by different activities so we all can scape from our daily life's routines and the opportunity to meet new people who understands each other. I think this is a great place to assist and join if u want to spend time with people who cares about your life, your feelings and put a smile n your face ...

These ladies make you feel loved and welcomed, no matter veteran or spouse. A wonderful organization that really knows the meaning of helping others, without having to be patted on the back at every accomplishment. (Refreshing events, great speakers and lots of useful information ) The woman I met on this trip are going to be life long connections, with the same worries and concerns I have, giving me a new outlet for stress or just a friendly ear. I laughed, I cried. A great event held by a great group.

When I first heard of F7 Group 2 years ago, I honestly wasn't sure what to think. I didnt get a whole lot of information and it sounded like a group of women who got together and hung out and had a good time. Boy was I WRONG in so many ways about this absolutely amazing organization! To start, its not just a group of women, it is an amazing group of women who support eachother and lift eachother up constantly. These women work together to help other women in more ways than I could possibly list. They are a support group, a network, a resource for those in need. They teach you to love who you and that who you are matters. That as women in the military, we aren't in this fight alone. They reach out to other organizations and whatever they can to help the women who serve our country and our community.

This past weekend was my first experience at one of their retreats and all I can say is... WOW. Immediately upon arriving I was welcomed with warm and open arms. I felt safe, that no matter what I said or what I was going thru, it wasn't going to be announced to the world. These amazing women lifted me up and took care of ME.

I left that retreat with many new friends and with more knowledge about what is out there for us women who serve.

This organization is passionate about their mission and they do what they say....and then some. They are involved in many things and stay very active. They are hard workers and don't expect anything for "free". They put time, energy, passion, blood, sweat and tears into whatever they are doing. They aren't stingy and they look out for all people, not just people who are part of them.

This same organization saw a veteran friend of mine struggle, and they were able to nominate her (successfully) for the Homes for Heroes program. Even through all her struggles, there was not a time that she didn't give to her time to this organization along with many others.

Keep up the good work F7....
