I really love Elevating Connections. It is a wonderful program the works to keep sibling connected in fostercare. As a former youth in care and separated from my brother for 11 years now. This is something that i wish i had access to while i was in care. Had Elevating Connections been around 11 years ago i know for sure that i would have access. I love the work Stacey is doing and i support it 100%. She is a blessing to know and for The group. shes die hard committed and keeps the siblings relationship alive.

I was a member of camp to belong back in 2006 with my sister and we had an amazing time!! Elevating connections had a big impact on getting the siblings bill of rights passed and always trying to bring foster siblings together!!! I love Stacy and all of her efforts towards making foster care a better place!

My partner and I were camp counselors 2 summers ago for Camp 2 Belong in Colorado, which reunited siblings who have been separated through foster care/adoption for a week. Of course we fell in love with all of the kiddos there, but never expected to become parents of one of the campers. A few months after camp we found out that one of them was up for adoption, so we contacted their case worker and were chosen to be their forever family. We now know and understand the importance of him maintaining a relationship with his siblings. Camp gave us something we will forever cherish and love and will forever give back to this amazing organization.
