Very good and reliable. I was recommended by someone to visit this site. I find it most helpful while sharing your experience about life with people who can help you shape it.
I have the honor of working with two of Earth University's alumni for the past four years. I admire their deep connection to their alma mater's beliefs and mission. They have inspired children at our school to become greener citizens by sponsoring The Green Team, a group of students that stay after school to go room by room to collect and dispose of paper for our city to recycle. These alumni celebrated last year's Earth Day by finding tree donors and having all of the schools in our learning commmunity plant trees. If you ask these two global citizens where their drive comes from to make all of us global thinkers as well they will inevitably trace their passion back to Earth University.

I have had the pleasure and honor to host three EARTH student Interns in my Cooperative Extension office here in the US. I have been impressed with the outstanding quality of the students - their skills & character.
I have also found EARTH to be an excellent organization to work with in the internship program.
My community and my Extension program gained immensely from our experiences with these students.

EARTH does exactly what it says it does - It is 'down to earth' and trains the most responsive students available to be more than they ever imagined they could be in caring for the earth and their communities. Planting trees is what we do for our grandchildren. Teaching future leaders is what EARTH does for them too.

My undergraduate studies at EARTH University provided me with a strong scholastic background as well as the understanding of changing conditions and challenges in the development of sustainable production systems. These systems require taking into consideration not only technical and economic decisions, but also the repercussions on the environment and society that each decision will have. EARTH University Foundation supports not only an agricultural engineering school but an institution that promotes a solid education based on principles and ethical values that a pluralistic society needs. The powerful experiences from EARTH made us, graduates, conscious about our sociological and ecological responsibilities in our communities. Thank you for supporting EARTH Foundation.

I am an alumna of EARTH University, from Ecuador. I am currently a PhD student in Public Policy, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Development. The education I received at EARTH was the most valuable tool for the applied research I conduct today. Development projects in the developing world need expertise and experience from their own people. Please help these young leaders change the world!
The most amazing vision for a sustainable world! Leadership and education of rural scholars, addressing food security, rural economy, energy....truly a structure that could serve and be replicated all over the planet.

Ever since I first heard a presentation about Earth University, I've been in love with it's philosophy, educational approach and impact on those it reaches. Earth faculty (not just "recruiters) recruit students from small towns and villages, young community leaders that may not have ever gone far from home but have leadership potential.
During the first week of school they ensure that all students are able to share their expertise creating an environment of equity and respect that crosses economic and ethnic lines.
The curriculum includes a focus on sustainable agriculture, community service and entreprenurism. All students participate in a project that creates a product or service related to sustainable agriculture that earns money. The balancing of sustainable economic development and stewardship of the earth is what we need for future generations to have a viable place on this earth our common home.
