Mission: The project was completed in the begining of july, 2013 which was part of the 2013 fiscal year. Several units were leased to qualifying elderly people living in the uintah basin, which is located the northeastern corner of the state. All tenants who occupied units qualify under the strict guidelines of the hud section 202 program for income levels and were 62 years old at the time of initial occupancy.
