Mission: The Council for Educational Advancement (CEA) was established in 1995 as a non-profit organization comprised of representatives from public, private and parochial schools; higher education; business; and the community. The CEA's mission is to serve as a facilitating organization to bring a more common view and vision to the development of education in the St. Louis region, and to enhance learning for all students by promoting cooperation among educational institutions and resources. The CEA provides an opportunity for leaders to come together to learn more about what?s happening in the educational community and take necessary steps to further those issues.
