Mission: Contemplative outreach, ltd. Seeks to renew the contemplative dimension of the gospel in every day life primarily for lay people, through its activities and programs. Contemplative outreach, ltd. Seeks to 1). Assist individuals to deepen their relationship with god and to embody the contemplative dimension of the gospel through the proactive of the centering prayer method, 2). Make available this method of prayer and the teachings of the christian contemplative tradition, and 3). Encourage, sustain, and support those persons and groups who have been introduced to the contemplative spiritual journey and to the method of centering prayer.
Programs: Teaching the practice of centering prayer and the contemplative christian life through publications, programs, retreats and formation opportunities, as well as through online courses and resources.
