Causes: Crime & Law, Dispute Resolution & Mediation
Mission: To support the resolution of interpersonal and community conflict through the use of mediation, community conferencing, and other restorative services and education. Crc services are accessible to all persons and organization in baltimore county at a convenient place.
Programs: Community conferencing: alternative to formalized court process for youth and adults; alternative to suspension in public schools offered at no cost.
community mediation: no cost mediation service promotes peace and prevents violence in neighborhoods.
juvenile justice: aims to divert youth from contact with the juvenile justice system at the school arrest point of contact through application of the whole school approach of restorative practices.
