Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs

Mission: To provide social adult day care and respite services.

Programs: Companion day services, inc, (cds) provides adult day care services to adults with frailties of aging and memory impairments including those with developmental disabilities. Cds is licensed to assist 20 participants at any one time throughout the day. Cds has served 155 adults and families since it's inception in 2007. Cds and the center celebrated our 10 year anniversary this year.

Companion Day services is a fun place for people with disabilities to come and have fun! It has been a blessing to many families in the central WI area! It is a great resource for families and caregivers that I wish more people know about and should know about!!!!
