Mission: The organization's mission is to own and/or operate pre-vocational workshops for the developmentally disabled, a continuing care retirement community, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and home care agency, located in florida.
Programs: See schedule othe organization has three operating units. The first is a continuing care retirement community known as lakeview terrace, which is comprised of community supports, inc. D/b/a lakeview terrace, lakeview terrace health care center, llc, and lakeview terrace home health services, llc. Community supports, inc. D/b/a lakeview terrace has 271 residential homes and apartments. Lakeview terrace health care center, llc has 65 licensed assisted living units and 20 skilled nursing beds. Lakeview terrace home health services, llc is an agency which provides home care services to the residents of lakeview terrace. Lakeview terrace operates under the continuing care concept in which most residents enter into a resident contract that requires a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee. The second operating unit is lisenby, lllp, which has 78 licensed assisted living beds and 22 licensed skilled nursing beds. The third operating unit is ecci, llc, which operates sheltered workshops for the developmentally disabled.
