Programs: Chcgd operates six community health centers located in montgomery county, ohio, for the purpose of providing primary and preventive health care services to patients in medically under-served areas, regardless of their ability to pay. In 2017, chcgd provided a total of 58,070 encounters to 17,866 patients. Chcgd received $755,485 worth of donated pharmaceuticals from ohio medicaid to provide vaccinations to eligible children under its vaccine for children (vfc)program.
