Mission: We promote local agriculture through growing and distribution practices that are socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable. We forge relationships between people, their food supply, and the land from which it grows.
Programs: Our primary project is the Waltham Fields Community Farm, an eleven acre vegetable operation that serves as the base for our charitable programs. We focus on hunger relief distributions, education for all ages, service learning opportunities, farmer training, and a community supported agriculture (CSA) shareholder program. Waltham Fields is the last farm in the diverse suburb of Waltham, a city with a rich agricultural history.
