Mission: Community Empowerment Network, Inc.'s purpose is to provide a safe place for low income, underserved adolescent children to congregate and engage in activities designed to keep them off the streets, out of gangs and off drugs.
Programs: Community empowerment network has developed a comprehensive approach to building self-reliance in communities, as well as a unique learning approach called "practicar", which sets us apart from the work done by many other development organizations.
