Mission: To surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Our evidence-based approach, adapted to meet each community’s unique needs, is the key to our success.
Results: Below is a summary of CIS of TN's statewide results in 17 Nashville schools for the 2018-19 school year: • Around 7,500 students served (640 of whom also received our case-management services). • 13 out of 17 schools reduced chronic absenteeism. • On average, our partner schools reduced chronic absenteeism by 4% in one academic year. • 73% of our chronically absent case-managed students improved their Average Daily Attendance rate • 90% met their behavior goal • 88% met or made progress toward their coursework goal • 98% were promoted to the next grade level • 100% of 12th grade students graduated

Geographic areas served: 66 schools across 17 counties in Tennessee
Programs: Whether it's a trip to the doctor, providing food or counseling, our school-based staff leverage existing resources in the community to meet students' needs. We focus on ALL aspects of student need and are more successful than programs that focus on single factors in isolation.
